The Family Clothesline (PennStateClothes.com) is a State College-based retailer offering officially licensed Penn State apparel and merchandise. A longtime PIC partner, they operated on a custom shopping cart system integrated with their POS for years, with steady online performance but growing friction in scalability and user experience.

The Family Clothesline needed a modern eCommerce platform that could keep up with customer expectations, streamline operations, and allow for faster innovation. They were committed to evolving but needed expert guidance to make the transition seamless.
