Discovery
One of our experts will contact you soon to gather a little more information regarding your business and online marketing goals. This discussion allows us both to learn about each other:
- We get to learn the basics of your business and marketing needs.
- You get to ask questions to ensure we can accomplish what you are looking to do.
The truth is that when you work with an inbound marketing agency, you are developing a partnership. This initial discussion provides the opportunity for your company and PIC to start developing that relationship. After this discussion, you will know if it makes sense to take the next step.
Alignment
Now that it makes sense to move forward, we will schedule a discovery meeting with you and your team at your convenience. This meeting can be at your office, our office or even online.
This discovery meeting is intended for us to learn much more about your business, what is important to you to be included in your inbound marketing campaign and what results you would like to see in a successful marketing campaign.
We will take the information that you supplied about your business and goals during this meeting and create a custom inbound marketing program for your business.
Partnership
Now that we understand your wants and needs, we will create a custom inbound marketing campaign that fulfills your business’s needs.
Once we have the campaign laid out, we will present our proposal to you and your team. You are not obligated in any way to accept the campaign in this proposal.
All of our custom inbound marketing campaigns are flexible and we strive to create a custom program that meets your needs and your budget.
Onboarding
Once you accept the proposal, the fun….and work starts!
We will schedule a kick-off meeting at your earliest convenience to start the onboarding process. Depending on what is included in your custom inbound marketing campaign, during this meeting we might ask more questions about your products, services, and customers. We could settle budgets for PPC campaigns, or determine what pages are need on the website to fulfill your campaign.
Regardless of what is included your inbound marketing campaign, after this meeting will have a list of priorities, so we can start implementing tactics and strategies to ensure you see real results as quickly as possible.
Strategic Review Meetings
Our inbound marketing campaigns are extremely flexible!
Throughout the next year, we will have strategic review meetings to review what is working and what needs to be improved. If we need to switch strategies after the first quarter, we can certainly do that. Ideally, we like to meet at least quarterly, but we are also available impromptu meeting, whether those are online or phone meeting, or live in person at your office or ours. We are partners in the success of your marketing program, and we are always available to you for support.
