How to Add A Call Tracking Number to Google My Business [GMB]

1. Open "Business Profile Manager"

Open Business Profile Manager in your Google account.

2. Click The listing you want to activate call tracking on

  Select the business listing you want to enable call tracking for in Business Profile Manager.
3. Click the "Calls" tab on the left column
 

Open the Calls tab in the left navigation of Business Profile Manager.

4. Click "Turn on calls"
 
Turn on calls in the Calls settings to start recording call history.
5. Click "OK. Now your call history will begin to be recorded
