Launching a Scalable Local Marketing Paid Social Engine for Hairskeen Stylists

Problem: 

Hairskeen’s premium men’s hair replacement systems are known for transforming lives, but getting those transformations in front of the right audience was a challenge. While stylists across the country were trained and certified, many lacked the marketing tools to grow this new service locally.

The PIC marketing team for Hairskeen saw a need: What if stylists could plug into a marketing engine that delivered real leads and real revenue, without having to be digital experts?  PIC said challenge accepted. 

PIC Services: 

We started by testing regional Meta ad campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) in five distinct markets, targeting men aged 25+ within a 50-mile radius. We targeted interests and lifestyle choices within Hairskeen’s ideal customer profile (hero) that PIC was able to home in on based on data from our previous campaigns. We built each campaign around emotional storytelling and high-impact visuals, showcasing the confidence-boosting results of Hairskeen systems. Then we tracked everything, cost per click, cost per lead, and stylist feedback. 

Results came quickly: 

  • In Las Vegas, $600 in ad spend generated 63 leads at just $9.52 per lead. 

  • Boston brought in 78 leads at $7.69 each. 

  • Smaller markets with a micro-budget under $200 were also able to show very profitable returns. One such campaign that ran in Hagerstown, MD was able to produce 24 leads for $8.33 each. 

Once we had proof of concept, we packaged the entire campaign into a scalable offering for every stylist in the network: the Hairskeen Stylist Promo Package. 

The Solution

The final product was more than just ads. It became a full marketing toolkit built to generate local demand and help stylists convert it.

  • Copywriting for emails, social posts, and client messaging 

  • Branded social templates and digital signage 

  • A lead handling guide built specifically for stylists unfamiliar with sales funnels

We also built flexible price points so stylists could invest at a pace comfortable for them.

Results:

The results have been measurable and repeatable: 

  • Hundreds of strong, consistent and affordable Leads 

  • Stylists' satisfaction and success that improve the reputation of Hairskeen’s certification classes 

  • A new customizable product that generates revenue for Hairskeen and supports their mission 

  • Establishing Hairskeen as an authority on male hair restoration and a leader in the salon space 

Most importantly, the campaign connects with the emotional core of Hairskeen’s audience. Clients don’t just want hair, they want their confidence, their relationships, and their identity back. Our campaigns helped make that journey possible. 

With a proven campaign system now in place, the next phase is scaling—bringing this model to more stylists, expanding creative formats, and continuing to refine the lead-to-booking journey. The Hairskeen team is also using campaign data to shape training, improve product education, and strengthen the client experience. 

This wasn’t just about ads. It was about giving stylists the tools to become transformation specialists and giving clients the courage to walk back into the world as their full selves.
